FlowERP runs the back office: accounting, inventory, purchasing, and fixed assets, with statutory reports aligned to Tanzanian requirements out of the box. It shares a data model with FlowCRM and FlowPOS, so a sale recorded at the counter is already in the ledger.

A point of sale that keeps selling when the network doesn't
FlowPOS is an offline-first point of sale for retail and hospitality. It issues statutory electronic fiscal receipts, accepts mobile money from all major MNOs plus cards, and syncs to FlowERP the moment connectivity returns.

Payroll and people operations without the month-end panic
FlowHR handles contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll with statutory tax, pension, and levy calculations built in. Payslips go out by email or WhatsApp; statutory files are generated in the formats the authorities expect.

School administration from admissions to national examination results
FlowSchool manages admissions, student records, timetables, examinations, and fee collection for primary schools through colleges. Parents pay by mobile money and receive results and announcements on WhatsApp and SMS.
